Most of Zhao-An Hakka people lived in Lumbei,Erlun and Xilou of Yunlin, and Lumbei is the most important culture development area.   In order to promote Zhao-An Hakka culture, language and traditional customs, Zhao-An Hakka culture center was established in 2016.    Zhao-An Hakka Center considers developing Zhao-An Hakka Culture exchange as its goal.   Therefore, this center promotes local community participation, preserves Hakka cultural property, promotes Hakka culture and deeply cultivated cultural heritage.   Furthermore, it provides Hakka language classes, volunteer training, Hakka lectures and workshops to revitalize the Zhan-an Hakka Culture.    It acts as a multiple platform for boosting Zhan-an Hakka Culture connections.  

雲林縣崙背鄉、二崙鄉及西螺鎮是目前「詔安客」分布最大宗之區域，其中崙背鄉更是「臺灣客家文化重點發展區」，為使詔安客家歷史文化、詔安客語、詔安傳統習俗世世代代傳承，於105年正式設立詔安客家文化館，推動當地社區參與、保存客家文物及推廣詔安文化，深耕文化底蘊，並辦理客語教學、志工培訓及客家知性講座暨實作工作坊活化詔安客家文化。詔安客家文化館以帶動詔安客家文化交流為使命，並串聯南北客家文化，整體推展台灣詔安客家文化，透過規劃來建立屬於詔安客家文化館之文化意象，肩負起雲林詔安客家聚落文化營造的多元平台功能。

In order to promote Zhao-An Hakka culture, The Zhao-An Hakka Culture Festival is held annually during September and October in Lunbei, where series of events are taking place.  The most eye-catching activity would be “fire torch to village lighting” on the opening ceremony, in which everyone holds a torch in their hand, marches on the street to illuminate the Hakka village. This can date back to the time when the Hakka ancestors first cultivated the land here, they patrolled their neighborhood with a torch to keep themselves from bandits.   This activity represents a spirit of care and solidarity among all the members of the community. 

為發揚詔安客家文化，崙背地區會在每年9-10月期間舉辦詔安客家文化節，其中倍受矚目的「澹仔火迎暗景」將做為開幕活動，大家一起手持火把，從聚落角頭廟水汴頭崇賢寺出發遊街，為長達一個月的節慶活動拉開序幕。
