Wutiaogang Anxi Temple was built in 1795 and moved to existing location in 1806. It is dedicated to Chang Xun (Millennium God of Zhang ), Li Mi (Millennium God of Li) and Mo Ying (Millennium God of Mo) in the Tang Dynasty, which are collectively known as "three Millennium Gods of Zhang, Li and Mo".    Wutiaogan Anxi Temple is the ancestral temple of all Zhang Li Mo's Millennium God temples in Taiwan and there are over 3000 distributions all over the world.  So Tons of offspring and believers will come back to worship them.   Today, in addition to the main building of the temple, there are also other facilities such as the fish pond, the garden landscaping and the“phoenix city”. It is one of the characteristic temples in Taiwan's west coast area.

五條港安西府始建於清乾隆60年(西元1795年)，於清嘉慶11年(1806年)遷至現址，為臺西的主要信仰中心，主祀唐朝時期的張巡（張府千歲）、李泌（李府千歲）、莫英（莫府千歲），合稱張李莫三千歲，香火鼎盛，是台灣所有張李莫千歲廟的祖廟，海內外分靈有三千多處。除廟宇本體建築外，尚有魚池、庭園造景、鳳凰城等休憩設施，是台灣西濱地區的特色廟宇之一。
