The founder of the Formosa Plastics Group, Yung-Ching Wang, built this park to commemorate his mother. The main purpose is to promote the idea of diligence, and frugality to his employees.  There are a great number of artificial landscape in the park, such as a Little Bridge, where you can see the water running by; a Waterfall, and a Green Path where people can walk their dogs.   The European architectural style is applied to create the fancy landscaping in the park, which makes you feel like you are wandering in Europe.  A lot of mallards, snowy egrets, white geese, Muscovy ducks, etc. are handing around reproduce their offspring here.

為了紀念台塑集團創辦人王永慶之母而設立的公園，主要用意是鼓勵員工勤儉樸實的理念，園區內有相當多的人造景觀設置，如小拱橋，拱橋下一陣綠水流波，以及人工瀑布，還有綠蔭步道，可供人遛狗散步，園內景緻也相當華麗，四周造景全部採用歐式風格，讓人產生沉醉於流連歐洲的感覺，園內也有許多綠頭鴨，白鷺鷥，白鵝，番鵝等等動物會在此繁衍下一代。
