Located in Huilaicuo, Erlun Towmship, the Zhang Liao family – Longxing Hall is one of the most magnificent and ornate buildings in the area. It was built by Mr.Liao Yuhuo, who served as a Baozheng and participated in water conservancy construction. Mr.Liao was adept at investing in land and handing it over to tenant farmers to cultivate, gradually accumulating wealth. In Showa 12 (1937), it was rebuilt into its current format. 

位於二崙鄉惠來厝的張廖家族-隆興堂是當地最宏偉、華麗的建築之一。由廖裕火先生建造，曾擔任保正並參與水利建設。廖先生善於投資土地，交給佃農耕種，逐漸積累財富。昭和12年（1937）改建成現今格局。

The pavilion in front of the Longxing Hall continues the tradition of Zhao’an in Southern Fujian, the price is high in the past, but the wood carving is still lively with flowers and birds, aquariums, figures, exquisite carving, although it has been colored, but the sun fades, and the color of the log is more exquisite. In addition, Longxingtang is a fusion of Western style, with the column head in the ionic style, and the dragon guard column using the stone washing method. Built with waters towers and tiled bathrooms, it shows avant-garde building techniques. Prior consent is required to visit the residents so as not to disturb their lives.

隆興堂前的軒亭延續了閩南詔安客傳統，昔日物價昂貴，但木雕仍以花鳥、水族、人物生動活潑，雕工精湛，雖曾上彩但日曬褪色，原木色彩更顯精緻。此外，隆興堂融合了西方風格，柱頭呈現愛奧尼克風格，護龍列柱則採用洗石子工法。建有水塔和磁磚浴室，顯示前衛建築技術。參觀需事先獲得住戶同意，以免打擾居民的生活。
